Summary
  • LITEON and QCT will jointly showcase integrated power solutions for AI data centers at COMPUTEX 2026, supporting NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 platforms.
  • Key exhibits include an 800 VDC liquid‑cooled power rack, 110kW rack‑level power shelves, and high‑efficiency CRPS power supply units, designed to support high power density and efficient thermal management for next‑generation AI data centers.

LITEON Technology (2301.tw) announced a joint showcase with Quanta Cloud Technology (QCT) at COMPUTEX 2026, taking place from June 2 to 5.LITEON and QCT will demonstrate an 800 VDC LiquidCooled Power Rack and a highpower 110kW racklevel power shelf compatible with NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72, along with high‑efficiency CRPS power supply units (PSUs). The joint exhibition highlights the two companies’ system‑level integration capabilities in addressing the escalating power density and thermal management demands driven by global AI compute growth.

As GPU workloads continue to surge, data center power architectures are evolving toward 800 VDC distribution and centralized busbar designs, placing significant thermal challenges on power modules. The showcased 800 VDC Liquid‑Cooled Power Rack addresses these challenges by integrating liquid cooling technology, in which cold plates are applied directly to high‑power components to enhance heat transfer efficiency and improve overall system stability. Moreover, as IT racks increasingly adopt direct‑to‑chip liquid cooling and deploy coolant distribution units (CDUs), incorporating power racks into the liquid cooling loop enables a more unified thermal management architecture. This approach helps reduce system complexity while establishing a scalable foundation for future waste heat recovery.

In addition to the liquid‑cooled power rack, the joint exhibit features a 110kW high‑density rack‑level power shelf, optimized for AI workloads characterized by rapid load fluctuations and transient power demands. Paired with LITEON’s CRPS PSUs, the solution delivers stable and efficient power conversion. With three‑phase input and intelligent load‑balancing mechanisms, the power shelf enhances system reliability while improving energy efficiency in high‑density compute environments.

“As NVIDIA continues to advance AI computing architectures across GPUs, interconnects, and rack level system design, data centers are accelerating toward higher power densities and greater system optimization. Once compute scales beyond a certain threshold, power delivery and thermal management can no longer be treated as separate systems. They must be co‑designed as critical infrastructure aligned with AI architectures,” said Anson Chiu, President of LITEON Technology. “Through close collaboration with QCT on AI platforms and system integration, we are responding to the power and deployment requirements of NVIDIA’s next‑generation platforms and enabling customers to build efficient, sustainable, and scalable data centers.”

“With NVIDIA’s new computing architectures driving industry transformation, AI is evolving beyond internal data center workloads to enable a broader range of applications, prompting a fundamental redefinition of AI infrastructure,” said Mike Yang, President of QCT. “Throughout this transition, close collaboration across all layers, including computing platforms, system integration, and energy supply, is essential to support large‑scale deployment and long‑term operation. QCT will continue to strengthen its integration capabilities at both the system and data center levels, and work closely with ecosystem partners including NVIDIA and LITEON to advance the standardization and scalability of AI infrastructure.”
