Employee Structure and Distribution
As of the end of 2023, LITEON had 29,567 employees worldwide, with 56.1% being male and 43.9% female. The overall male-to-female employee ratio has become more balanced. There were 4,851 employees in Taiwan, while the remaining 24,716 employees were located across various overseas regions (including Mainland China, Thailand, Vietnam, Brazil, India, Singapore, Mexico, the USA, Japan, Europe, etc.), with 97% of employees based in Asia.
