- Advanced Power Converter Architecture Analysis & Design
Conduct analysis and design of next‑generation DC/DC and AC/DC converter architectures, including circuit operation, component stress & loss evaluation, control methods, and firmware control development.
- Power & Magnetics Integration Technology Development
Develop new integrated magnetic components and planar magnetics, perform concept design and simulation validation, evaluate feasibility of magnetics‑converter co‑design, and secure innovation outcomes through patent applications.
- PCB Parasitics & Thermal Integration Technology Development
Use ANSYS Q3D to analyze PCB parasitic parameters for power products, evaluate gate‑drive signal integrity and power loop loss, and perform thermal simulation with ANSYS Icepak. Collaborate with lab validation to assess PCB optimization effectiveness.
【Technical Skills & Qualifications (Soft/Hard Skills & Experience)】
- 1.5–3 years of practical experience in power supply product design.
- Solid foundation in power electronics and hands‑on experience in DC/DC, AC/DC, or DC/AC converter design, including circuit analysis, component stress evaluation & selection, and magnetic component design.
- Proficient with circuit simulation tools (SIMPLIS / PSIM / PLECS).
- (++) Familiarity with Python and common AI/ML tools (e.g., Scikit‑Learn, PyTorch).
- (++) Experience with firmware development tools (TI / Microchip).
- (++) Experience with electromagnetic simulation tools such as ANSYS Maxwell, Q3D, Icepak, etc.

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Server Power Product Development
Lead and contribute to the design and development of server power products for
AI servers, cloud computing, and data center applications, from concept to
mass production.
2. Product Maintenance & Issue Resolution
Independently analyze and resolve power-related issues during factory
production, mass production, and field returns, including alternative component
validation.
3. Magnetic Component Design & Optimization
Perform calculation, design, and optimization of magnetic components
(transformers, inductors) to meet efficiency, reliability, and thermal
requirements.
4. RFQ & Design Proposal Ownership
Support RFQ activities by preparing technical design proposals, architecture
recommendations, and feasibility assessments in collaboration with cross-

1. Power Electronics Design Experience
Solid understanding of power supply product design, development and
validation methods, including hands-on involvement in real products.
2. Simulation & Design Tools
Proficient in at least two of the following tools:
PSIM, Simplis, Mathcad, ORCAD, PROTEL, PADs, MS Office.
3. Power Topology & Control Knowledge
Good knowledge of switching power supply topologies, control
techniques, and design trade-offs for high-power applications.
4. Problem-Solving Capability
Ability to independently troubleshoot circuit, component, and system-
level issues with a structured engineering approach.
5. Communication Skills
Strong English reading and communication skills, capable of participating
in technical discussions with global teams and customers.
