  • LITEON’s consolidated revenue for May reached NT$17.4 billion, representing a 4% M-o-M and 30% Y-o-Y increase. Strong demand for AI and cloud computing high-end server power supplies and high efficiency backup battery systems (BBU) drove solid revenue growth on both a monthly and yearly basis. The cumulative sales for the first five months totaled NT$77.5 billion, up 23% Y-o-Y.

LITEON Technology (2301-tw) today reported its May consolidated revenue of NT$17.4 billion, up 4% M-o-M and 30% Y-o-Y. Revenue growth was mainly driven by high-end server power systems for cloud and AI applications and high‑efficiency backup battery units (BBU).  The cumulative sales from January to May totaled NT$77.5 billion, up 23% Y-o-Y.

 

Cloud & AIoT Business contributed a 56% share of total sales, of which, benefiting from the delivery growth for power management systems of high-end datacenter server and cloud computing, Cloud & AIoT business posted a yearly growth over 80%.

 

Opto-electronics Business contributed a 15% share of sales, of which, LITEON’s photocouplers used in industrial automation, new energy, and AI power applications, infrared applications, advanced visible LED indicator featuring high integration and miniaturization for AI servers and switches continued to see solid demand.

 

Information Technology & Consumer Electronics Business accounted for 29% of sales, of which, benefiting from the ongoing optimized product mix and diversified application markets, demand for LEO satellite power systems and advanced power supplies continue to grow steadily.
