LITEON showcased O‑RAN solution compatible with NVIDIA DGX Spark During NVIDIA GTC 2026, demonstrating integration of AI and wireless networks. By combining LITEON radio access network (RAN) equipment with NVIDIA’s edge AI computing platform, the demonstration highlighted the flexibility and scalability of the AI‑RAN architecture in edge environments, providing a rapid‑deployment solution for enterprise private networks and next‑generation intelligent applications.

 

As the adoption of AI in communication networks continues to accelerate, the convergence of AI and Radio Access Networks(RAN) has emerged as a key development trend in the telecommunications industry. Leveraging its technical expertise in O‑RAN and cross‑system integration, LITEON has developed an AI‑RAN architecture designed for deployment in edge environments. Through collaboration across the ecosystem, this architecture integrates AI computing, wireless networks, and application services, enabling AI inference and real‑time analytics to be executed directly at the network edge. Under this architecture, LITEON mmWave O-RU delivers stable and high‑performance wireless connectivity. Through integration with NVIDIA DGX Spark, AI computing can be deployed directly at the network edge, enabling close coordination between AI and RAN. Compared with traditional AI deployments centered on large data centers, this architecture supports real‑time AI‑based RAN optimization, network traffic analytics, and intelligent application services at the edge, while reducing deployment complexity and energy consumption. As a result, AI‑RAN can be more readily adopted across enterprise private networks and edge environments.
