Lite-On Technology (2301 TW), a global leading optoelectronic company reported worldwide consolidated July revenue of NT$16.6B, up 33% YoY. This was third record high in Lite-On Tech's history.
With a stronger-than-expected July, 2007 YTD growth now has inched into positive territory. The accumulated revenue was NT$ 97.1B, up 1.2% YoY.
High-margin businesses such as Enclosure, Power and LED all saw historical high monthly sales. Among which, compare with last year, Enclosure business jumped 100.5%, and Power Supply business has grown 35.4%. Enclosure business year-to-date has jumped over 62.8% and Power Supply business has grown 28.0%.
Going forward into the seasonally strong 3Q, we expect these high-margin businesses to see further expansion.
