Lite-On Tech reports December revenue of NT$ 7.3 Billion, full year revenue up 4%

Lite-On Tech. (TW 2301) today reported its December consolidated revenue of NT$7.3 billion and the Q4 revenue totaled NT$25.3 billion. The 2008 full year revenue totaled NT$ 142.07 billion, up 4% YoY, excluding DDBU (Digital Display Business Unit) sales, representing the solid growth from core business units.

Regarding the core business growth, December sales of Imaging posted a stable growth of 14% YoY. The 2008 sales of Imaging have increased by 22% YoY, reflecting the strongest growth among core business units, partly thanks to the strong growth in Camera Modules for high-end handsets and NB PC adoption , which increased by 60% YoY. Power Supply achieved a 6% yearly growth.

In addition, the sales of Network Access and Human Input Solution both remained profitable growth, with a full year growth of 26% and 6% YoY respectively.
