The Board of Lite-On Technology (2301-tw) today has approved selecting present Group CEO, Mr. David Lin, to serve instead as Vice Chairman of the Lite-On Group, as well as Chairman of Lite-On Green Technologies and Lite-On Clean Energy. Meanwhile, Mr. Lin will dedicate his leadership to host the group’s strategic growth committee. Lite-On Group’s present Deputy Group CEO, Mr. Warren Chen was named to serve as Lite-On Group CEO, assuming responsibility for the Group’s core investment management. Lite-On Technology’s present CEO, Mr. KC Terng was named to serve as Lite-On Group Deputy CEO, continuing his leadership to Lite-On Technology as CEO concurrently, as well as the subsidiaries related to Power Supply businesses.
