Lite-On Technology (2301-TW) today announced the high level appointment, approved by its Board of directors that Mr. Warren Chen, Lite-On Group CEO, is appointed as the new CEO of Lite-On Technology and Mr. KC Terng will be dedicated to serve as Deputy CEO of Lite-On Group, effective from February 13th, 2012.
To fulfill the diversified Information and Communication Technology application developments and perspective Cloud Computing business opportunities, Lite-On’s Board of Directors believes that with his profound experience in the global supply chain and clientele management, Mr. Warren Chen will be able to further enhance the Company's operation efficiency, apply group resources to higher productive uses, and provide clients and end consumers with value-added and superior integrated products and services, as well as shareholders’ value.
