Danny Liao serves as CEO of New Business Development of Lite-On Group

Lite-On Technology (2301-tw) today announced that The Board has approved to appoint the CEO of Lite-On IT, Mr. Danny Liao, to serve as CEO of New Business Development of Lite-On Group, assuming responsibility for the Group’s long-term growth strategy and new Non-PC business development, with the focus on LED lighting, Automotive Electronics and Biotech and Medical industries. To accelerate the integration of the group resources and transition, the new businesses will play a vital role in driving the company’s further secular growth and profit, looking forward.
Meanwhile, The Board also approved to name Mr. David Lin as Honorary Vice Chairman of Lite-On Group, as well as Chairman of Lite-On Green Technologies and Lite-On Clean Energy.
