LITEON Technology Reports Consolidated August Sales of NT$13.3 Billion, up 6% M-o-M

LITEON Technology (2301-tw) today reported its August consolidated revenue of NT$ 13.3 billion, up 6% M-o-M and down 9% Y-o-Y, excluding sales of the transferred image business. Thanks to continuous growth from high-value core businesses of power management in cloud computing & advanced server, cumulative sales for January to August totaled NT$97.3 billion.

Opto-electronics Business contributed a 20% share of total sales, of which, stable delivery growth seen in LITEON’s worldwide No.1 shipment photocouplers used in industrial automation and green energy advanced applications; the applications of electronic vehicle chargers, LED vehicle lighting, and ADAS camera modules drove monthly growth in the automotive electronics business.

Cloud & AIoT Business contributed a 34% share of sales. Thanks to the growing demand of high-end datacenter server and networking power management systems for cloud computing, Cloud & AIoT business posted a monthly growth near 10%.

Information Technology & Consumer Electronics Business accounted for 46% of sales, of which, ongoing product optimization and stable high-end power supply shipments, the business segment posted a monthly growth.
