LITEON Technology (2301-tw) today reported its December consolidated revenue of NT$13.4 billion, down 10% M-o-M and down 11% Y-o-Y, as a result of the structural adjustments of consumer electronics industry. Thanks to continuous optimization of product mix, as well as ongoing market demand from power management applied in cloud computing, advanced photocouplers, automotive electronics, and 5G& AIoT, cumulative sales for the entire year of 2022 totaled NT$173.5 billion, up 5% Y-o-Y.

Opto-electronics Business contributed a 20% share of total sales, of which, LITEON’s worldwide No.1 shipment photocouplers used in industrial automation and green energy advanced applications posted steady delivery; electronic vehicle chargers, LED vehicle lighting and ADAS camera modules delivered a yearly growth.

Cloud & AIoT business contributed a 32% share of sales. Thanks to ongoing global market demand, high-end datacenter server and networking power management systems for cloud computing as well as 5G networking applications posted a yearly growth.

Information Technology & Consumer Electronics Business accounted for 48% of sales, of which, high-end power adapters shipments posted continuous growth.
