LITE-ON Technology Reports Consolidated December Sales of NT$14.49 Billion

LITE-ON Technology (2301-tw) today reported its December consolidated revenue of NT$14.49 billion, decreased 3% M-o-M and 10% Y-o-Y, mainly impacted by year end inventory taking and holidays. Thanks to stable end demand from core businesses, cumulative sales for the entire year of 2019 totaled NT$177.95 billion.

Opto-electronics business segment contributed a 16% share of total sales. Thanks to delivery growth of LED components, Opto-electronics posted a consecutive yearly growth.

Information Technologies business accounted for 70% of sales, of which high-end server and networking power management systems for cloud computing, power supplies for AI smart home devices, and HIS (human input solutions - PC keyboards and peripherals) presented stable delivery growths.

Meanwhile, the Storage segment accounted for 10% of total revenue, also posting a monthly growth.
