LITE-ON Technology Reports Consolidated April Sales of NT$13.54 Billion

LITE-ON Technology (2301-tw) today reported its April consolidated revenue of NT$13.54 billion, maintained revenue the same level as the same period last year and decreased 8% M-o-M, excluding sales of the transferred mobile phone camera module and mobile mechanical business. Thanks to stable end demand from core businesses, cumulative sales for January and April totaled NT$54.72 billion.

Opto-electronics business segment contributed a 17% share of total sales, of which, vehicle LED lighting posted a consecutive yearly growth.

Information Technologies business accounted for 66% of sales, of which, shipment growth of high-end server and networking power management systems for cloud computing, and power supplies for AI smart home devices, smooth delivery in laser models of Multi-Function Peripherals, coupled with ongoing market share gains in HIS (Human Input Solutions - PC Keyboards and Peripherals) drove Information Technologies a growth of approximately 10% Y-o-Y in April. Meanwhile, the Storage segment accounted for 11% of total revenue.
