Lite-On Technology reported its global consolidated June revenue of NT$13.3bn, 7% MoM and 83% YoY.

Lite-On Technology is strategically positioned as a global leading provider of “Opto-Electronic components” where Digital Display, Power Supply, Image and LED products together totaled NT$10.9bn in June, sustaining at 82% level of Lite-On Technology’s total turnover.

Image products in June generated a sizable growth of 41% MoM and 16% YoY, realizing NT$1.6bn of revenue. The substantial upsurge was due to the volume pick-up of laser printers, coupled with another record month for Phone Camera Modules.

Digital Display, including CRT monitors, LCD monitors, LCD TV and projectors, shipped slightly over 710k units in June, achieving NT$6.9bn and growing considerably at 7% MoM and 183% YoY.

In terms of LED products, June revenue reached another record high of NT$736mn in June, thanks to the robust growth in Photo-Coupler and SMD LED shipment.

Power supply products realized NT$1.6bn with 31% growth on a YoY basis where NB adaptor shipment continues to increase, securing 40% market share worldwide.

Other products including PC systems, keyboards, networking equipment and wireless handsets totaled NT$2.4bn, making up for 18% of Lite-On Technology’s June revenue.
