Lite-On Electronics, Lite-On Technology Corporation, Silitek Corporation, GVC held an impromptu shareholder meeting on August 5th. They have past though unanimously the proposal of merge, having Lite-On Technology been the surviving entity and become the navigator of 3C convergence. In 2003, the global consolidated revenue could challenge the target of 200 billion NT dollars.
