What You'll Do: 

1. Drive sales growth and consistently exceed revenue budgets. 
2. Conduct quarterly business reviews with Account management reviewing direction and road mapping. 
3. Track monthly reporting attainment to KPI’s once established. 
4. Identify and develop opportunities for all LITEON business units. 
5. Analyze customer needs and collaborate with management to develop effective strategies.  
6. Build strong customer relationships and comprehensive understanding to influence hierarchy, product and business roadmaps, vendor selection processes, decision-making criteria, and competitive awareness.

Who You Are: 

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience). 
2. 3 – 5 years of related or equivalent experience in the Server industry in a Sales Account Manager role. 
3. Capable of working in a constantly evolving environment without losing focus. 
4. Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. 
5. Expert analytical and problem-solving skills. 
6. Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into very complex projects.  
7. Ability to identify issues, obtain relevant information, analyze and compare data from different sources, and identify alternative solutions. 
8. Interprets and seeks information, uses independent reasoning to diagnose the root cause of situations or issues, identifies and tests solutions and thinks beyond what is typical or customary.  
9. Strong written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to effectively collaborate with management and engineering. 
10. Ability to manage resources, monitor activities, and assess risks and quality issues associated with the program/project. 
11. Language Skill: Bilingual in English/Mandarin is a plus, aligned with business needs. 
12. Flexibility to work some evening hours as needed. 
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and/or other applications to streamline communication and complete tasks.

What You'll Do:
A Power Field Application Engineer (FAE) is a key player in bridging the gap between a company's technical products or services and its target audience. This role will support our power supply products, and provides technical support to West Coast customers, Specifically Cisco. The FAE will collaborate with Asia-based engineering teams on new product introductions.
● Field Application Engineer located in Milpitas, CA Onsite serves as West-coast regional FAE for 1st tier & 2nd tier customers with immediate responsibility as local support for Cisco account besides supporting all other East to West coast customers in different regions as necessary.
● Engage with key AC-DC & DC-DC power supply customers as on-site FAE support to do first level failure analysis.
● Proactively identify customer technical issues to determine correct solution selection, quality issues, etc.
● Support to resolve field issues at customer sites, including first-level FA, FW and HW rework, etc.
● Work with Asian engineering teams for NPI programs, facilitating technical communications, on-site testing and debugging.
● Will support all required rework in US & Mexico if required.
● Travel US Domestic, Mexico & Asia as needed. Traveling with our commercial team, the Field Application Engineer will be the primary customer interface for all technical discussions

Who You Are:
● Minimum BS’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related plus 5 years’ experience as a Field Electrical Applications Engineer, Design Power Engineer or related.
● Require power supply design experience, familiar with power factor correction (PFC) circuit, isolated D/D circuit, voltage and current control, analogy circuitry and basic digital control concept.
● Hands on technical experience in Hardware and firmware.
● Require Hands-on testing, debugging capabilities.
● Familiar with basic lab equipment, such as AC sources, DC sources, DC load, V-meters, oscilloscopes etc.
● Experience doing simple SMD circuit rework.
● Require good communications and good interpersonal characteristics. Mandarin-speaking is preferred, but not required.
● Willing to learn.
● Self-motivated personality.
