Lite-On Group Donates RMB10 Million to Sichuan Earthquake Relief

The Lite-On Group announced today that it is donating RMB 10 million to the Sichuan earthquake relief effort. In addition, Lite-On has started a donation activity asking employees to make a voluntary contribution of one day’s salary to assist in earthquake relief. The Lite-On Group, including Lite-On Technology, Lite-On Semiconductor, Silitech, LSE International, Logah Technology, and Perlos, has offices in Beijing, Tianjin, Wuxi, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangdong, and other major cities. After the earthquake occurred Lite-On contacted our China offices to ensure that employees were safe and operations were normal. Since the disaster areas had so many casualties and much damage, Lite-On is actively providing assistance and support to accelerate relief in the stricken areas as well as the efforts to rebuild.
