Lite-On Technology, the world’s largest NB adapter maker, announced a 100% acquisition of Li Shin International Enterprise Corporation (LSE) by share swap to strengthen non-PC power supply market and global leadership.
In 2007, Lite-On will enter next wave to PC, and expand customer base by adding non-PC customers. The acquisition of LSE will strengthen Lite-On’s non-PC power supply product lines including digital display and LCD TV, from 13% in 2006 to 30% in 2007.
