Lite-On Tech reports September sales of NT$ 9.63 billion, a record high in 2009

LiteOn Tech. (TW 2301) today reported its September consolidated revenue of NT$9.63 billion, up 15% M-o-M, hitting a record high in 2009. The sales growth was attributable to the ongoing expansion in market share and better account mix, coupled with the rising end demand in the seasonality. The accumulate sales from January to September were NT$68.67 billion.
In September, the sales of all business units have shown sequential growth. Power Supply and Optoelectronics Business Units posted a monthly growth of 6% and 5% respectively, both hitting a new record this year. Imaging and HIS (Human Input Solutions, PC Keyboard and peripherals) also posted strong gains, with monthly revenue increasing at 41% and 18% respectively, while Enclosure revealed 9% monthly growth.
