Scope:

Financial data presented in this report reflects the parent company's and its subsidiaries' performance.
For nonfinancial data, the reporting boundary for the ESG data is based on operational control. The report covers the nine business units: Power Module Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure Power Solutions, Optoelectronics Product Solutions, Intelligent Peripheral Solutions, Mechanical Electronic Solutions, Smart Application Solutions, Automotive Electronics Applications, LEOTEK, and Networking. Compared to the financial performance, the nonfinancial performance disclosures are focused on the primary operation and manufacturing locations, such as Taiwan, Mainland China, Thailand, Vietnam, and India while excluding the IPO/OTC subsidiary, Silitech. Unless elsewhere specified, information will be disclosed in the report.
The scope of the environmental reporting covers 20 sites worldwide that account for 86% of the total revenues, while the social indicators remain 100% coverage of all operations worldwide.
