LITE-ON Technology (2301-tw) today reported August consolidated revenue of NT$18.62 billion, up 6% M-o-M and declined 12% Y-o-Y. Thanks to stable end-demand from core businesses, cumulative sales for January and August totaled NT$ 140.54 billion.

Optoelectronics business segment contributed a 21% share of total sales. Thanks to the growing demand from invisible LED, ongoing market share gains in LED components, and smooth delivery of LED vehicle lighting, the overall LED business posted consecutive growths.

Information Technologies business accounted for 57% of total sales of which, Power revenue posted consecutive growths supported by ongoing delivery growths of high-end server and networking power management systems for cloud computing and power supplies for AI Smart Home devices, driving Information Technologies to achieve a revenue growth of approximately 10% M-o-M in August. Meanwhile, the Storage segment accounted for 16% of total revenue.
